「This house was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway by the lake. The place was clean, cozy, and well-stocked, with a beautiful kitchen, washer, and a great fireplace for chilly nights. We loved the hot tub and spent a lot of time outside grilling and kayaking. The lake access made it super easy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay with some great outdoor perks.」

「The property is in a good location to everything in Waterloo. The Condo was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I was very pleased and recommend anyone traveling through Waterloo, IA. to stay here. I’m already planning on staying here the next visit to Waterloo.」

「3 families stayed at this property for a baseball tournament. The property was very clean. Mark was great with communicating with us. We had one issue with the property description not being accurate as far as how many beds were available. I contacted Mark, he offered a few solutions and corrected the description on VRBO for the future. I would recommend this property.」

「My husband and I booked this stay for our anniversary. It was absolutely perfect! The treehouse was well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had everything (other than wine glasses) but they did have a wine bottle opener! The cute little extra touches like bottled waters and popcorn were so lovely! Our family enjoyed all the amenities that the property offered; foosball showdowns at least twice daily, music with a great ambience of the screened in porch, fire pit, grilling, coffee on the deck near the river, fishing nearby, friendly neighbor ducks and dogs. There were enough beds and couches for everyone. The location was great to access Iowa City and the surrounding areas. The hosts were great and check in was seamless.
