"I picked this hotel primarily for its location in the old town district of San Sebastián. The room was comfortable, and the hotel staff were all really helpful and friendly. My room’s window faced the basilica, and although the bells were noisy, the glazing on the windows completely obscured the sound. One small thing I would mention - the corridors and stairwells are very dark, so I had to watch my footing. Overall, I would recommend this hotel."

"Access to the spa is world class, very nice and clean sauna, hammam, and plunge pool. The room was very nice as well. At the time of my stay there were improvements being undertaken. Never encountered construction noise but evidence of building/remodeling were common. Seemed like a positive sign to me."

"Love these hotels. Modern Bright Cheery. Super professional staff. A feeling of community not a hotel. People of all ages mixing together. Love the rooms. Could not even tell there was a busy street and a highway of sorts right outside our window. Never heard a sound. Food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and very good. This is the second city Zi have stayed at a The Social Hub and both have been great "

"Good hotel for a single person. The room is rather small and the fancy bathroom walls and door provide no privacy. But the hotel is nice, located 10 minutes from the center, and the secure u/g garage is a huge bonus."

"Perfectly located with the hotel’s elevator which takes you down through the rock to the city centre. Room and facilities all top standard. We chose against breakfast purely because there are so many options nearby. Amazing spa cost €20 pp but well worth it as we pretty much had the sauna and pool to ourselves for an hour. Would recommend. "
