“This is the second time I’ve stayed in this house. Love everything about it. The location is great, close to delfins and all the diving. The deck overlooking the ocean is amazing. Lots of places to sit. The pool is a nice touch for cooling off in the afternoon.”

“We just spent another glorious month at Casa Presioso and thoroughly enjoyed it. We keep coming back, and in fact booked our next year’s vacation while we were there. “The descriptions and photos don't do justice to the home or location. The house and guest accommodations are very spacious and comfortable. Having direct and easy access to the Carribean Sea made snorkeling and scuba from the property a daily and sometimes multiple daily occurrence. Besides seeing a couple of rays, turtles, octopus and huge variety of fish, we encountered a "bait ball". This massive ball of tightly swimming fish was a once in a lifetime event for us. Pre trip communication was easy and fast with Monique, and she and Marion met us at the airport and took us directly to the property and left us with a bag of groceries-beer, wine, soda, bread, butter, chips, etc. The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured. “The villa was everything we had hoped it would be.. beautiful view of the ocean with just steps there, furnishing were ideal, fully equipped kitchen, clean and rinse stations with outdoor locker, walkable distance into town and Pierre was very helpful and available to us.”

“Between the majestic view the tranquility and peace found in the location giving a pool and a very peaceful cool place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee thia was just what the doctor ordered. my husband and i celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary, my 50th birthday and the 2 yr anniversary of our middle sons death. 💙 we were able to be happy and sad this week and just process life without all the noise and enjoy this beautiful place. “This is a great place to stay. Walking distance to bachelors beach. This a diving friendly place with wash bins and drying racks for all your scuba gear. The outdoor patio with sundeck is a great place to spend the evening after a day diving. Rodney a great host. Be sure to ask him about the establishments, he will point you in the right direction.”

“It is clean / better to say -new resort. The unit is the smallest of the complex but still enough for up to 2 people. Perfect bed - to have a good sleep. Fully equipped and offer very good water access and shower/storage room Very nice and responsive host / nothing to complain - just a wish to have a bit bigger balcony with a table but even this was OK to have a breakfast with seaview. ”
