“Access was easy, the condo was open and the keys were on the table.
First of all, the photos on the Hotels.com website are wrong. They do not correspond to the condo. The apartment is in a deplorable state.
The bathroom has a broken and unusable bidet and faucet. The shower leaked everywhere.
