「la villa est médiocre et ne correspond pas au descriptif la maison est détériorée, vaisselle trés insuffisante(8 cuilléres à café ,pas de bols , 2 saladiers , 2 plats en terre pour le four) placards quasiment vides, fuites au niveau des douches ,fuite de la climatisation , la table du salon (revissée par le propriétaire à notre arrivée )s'est cassée pendant notre séjour blessant un enfant (pas de remplacement par sara ni d'inquiétude par rapport à la blessure de l'enfant),6 transats dont...

「Mooie appartementen niet al te ver van het centrum. Het lig op een mooie locatie vlakbij het grootste park van Valencia. Centrum ligt op circa 20 min lopen. Ontbijt is ok op niet drukke dagen maar niet top」

「The property is modern and up to date and yet is in a very traditional part of Valencia. There is a fantastic bakery, fruit shop and decent supermarket all within a three minute walk of the property. We had visited Valencia before, so knew thr layout of the city and our property was very accessible to the centre(and only five minutes away from the wonderful Botanic Gardens). I really appreciated the powerful hairdryer!! The only criticism is that we could not get the stove top to work; ...

「The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. 」

「This was the second time I have stayed and it is a really nice hostel. The only annoying thing is that you can only go out on the terrace which it's attached to while the cleaning ladies are there in the morning, which seems like such a waste of a nice outdoor space to enjoy.」

「Visuale dall appartamento bellissima direttamente sulla spiaggia ma sfortunatamente con aspetti negativi. Odore molto sgradevole nel bagno, piano per cucinare impossibile da usare. Dopo 30 min la pentola di acqua ancora non bolliva! Devo dire che abbiamo prenotato l appartamento per 4 persone e nn ho trovato il secondo letto preparato e non c erano le coperte! Alla mia richiesta avevano detto che sarebbero venuti il giorno dopo a portarle ma mai visto nessuno! Nel complesso comunque...
