「We had no complaints during our stay. The room was spacious and all amenities(cookware, plates, salt, towels, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, fridge and freezer, clothes iron, hangers, & others) were available for use. Aircondition was great and strong enough for the entire space. TV was smart which inluded entertainment apps but TV could be updated. Everything was clean and modern. Although daily housekeeping was not available(which was stated prior to booking), everything we needed was...

「Muy buena ubicación, precio razonable. Mucho espacio. Necesita cortinas en la ventana del baño, deben poner un poco de shampoo, tienen que revisar los plafones, se levantan en las noches, entra un olor a desagüe a la habitación. Son sugerencias para ampliar las posibilidades de la propiedad.」

「My 3rd stay at location. Certainly better than paying for high cost hotel. In middle of downtown San Jose. Sometimes noisy at night. Owner responsive to any requests. noghtnighynight」

「Personnel acceuillant mais parlant peu anglais. Seule la demoiselle lors de notre depart nous a compris. Lors de notre premier matin, nous avons pris notre douche a l'eau froide. Déjeuner correct. Personne n'a pu nous aider pour connecter notre nouvelle carte SIM.」

「I stayed here with my kids because I wanted access to restaurants and city which I got. Only complaint I have is they need to provide better towels. They looked old and had stains. Otherwise everything else was great, property clean and manager responded quickly」

「Our stay here was great. The apartment was just the right size and the amenities of the apartment complex are great. The host was extremely responsive to all our needs throughout the stay! I recommend staying here. (Location is great with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and a park near by)」

「Excellent property in a beautiful spot. The building is great, pool nice. Plenty of food across the street if you dont wanna hike up outta the complex. Parking is easy if needed.Rodolfo gave clear instructions on all aspects of getting in and out. Was receptive and available. His place was clean and ready with all the basics and more. He was receptive to his guests needs, showing anticipation and kindess. A great place to call home while in Costa Rica. Gracias 」

「Stephen and Nancy are amazing host with an amazing place and some amazing stories of their world travels . We stayed a mth and were welcomed the entire time. We loved waking up to bird songs and breakfast with the most friendly dogs you have ever met. We loved the area so much we ended up buying property from them! 」

「I moved here from a bamboo house in Poás, so the city noise was an adjustment—but overall, this apartment felt like a safe place to land. It’s small but thoughtfully decorated, with plants that add a nice energy to the space. I also liked having a nail salon and pet store right here. great location for someone who wants to be close to everything while still having a peaceful home base.」

「Poor communicator. The night before arrival, we got a call that the parking spot was unavailable, even though it was advertised as having parking. Parking in San Jose is a nightmare. VRBO was of no help. We quickly arranged housing elsewhere. Owner refused to refund fees」
