“This house was so beautiful with wide open spaces downstairs. The kitchen was easy to navigate and had what we needed to make a quick breakfast. Outside was a refreshing pool and the grounds were stunning. The massive beach was only a few meters away and the sunsets were breathtaking. Communication with the host was easy and Lucy was absolutely delightful! ”

“This house has it all: an incredible view of the Pacific, privacy, beautiful and comfortable furnishings, and amenities. The outdoor space is breathtaking. The first day we stayed, we saw a monkey in the trees and toucans on the branches. We also spotted a hungry iguana and a mama deer and her baby. The house was incredibly clean, and the beach items were so helpful! (Beach bag, boogie boards, etc.) Also, they have binoculars which we used daily to watch for wildlife! There were games we played……

“This home is AMAZING! It is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our group. There were two families (eight people total) with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The AC is cold (huge bonus) and the decor is beautiful. The pool and slide were the main attraction for the kids! It is SO close to Quepos and Manuel Antonio so plenty of restaurants, activities, bars, grocery stores, etc. SUCH a great location. “This was a 10 out of 10 place for so many reasons:- Mefi the concierge was fantastic, from months before our trip to our last day. He arranged great transportation from SJO, to Jaco, and back to SJO. He found great tours for good prices. In short, he made our trip seamless and fun. “Can’t say enough good things about this property and the team taking care of it. Great location, great surroundings, clean, gorgeous pool, just A all around. Also saw monkeys and other wildlife daily from the back porch. Only thing is it’s at the end of a very steep hill so if you are limited in walking take that into consideration but we walked it daily to eat at the restaurant at the top of the hill and felt like we walked off all the bad things we put in our body all week. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Alta Vista. Our villa was well-equipped and spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were separate bathrooms (with showers) for each bedroom, which was really convenient. The highlight was the gorgeous sunsets over the Pacific that we watched each evening from our private plunge pool. We grew fond of the brightly colored pair of scarlet macaws living nearby (and frequently flying over us). What could be more "pura vida" than that?”
