“The house was ok. There were 2 issues we had and I reported to owners- the kitchen sink had a horrific smell coming out of it. When we first came in we didn’t notice it much until I ran water in the sink and my goodness it was bad. It wasn’t even the side with the disposal- but the smell filled up the entire house and did not go away. We tried to put soap down the sink and run hot water but nothing worked. “If one spends time reading the novel attributed to this property, somewhere it mentions the queen bunk being only bed. Whats not mentioned, is that it's an un-engineered excuse for a ladder with parts from a plumbing section with some sheet metal screws as fastners. 6'5" 250 doesn't work and will inevitably lead to someone getting hurt. Also, I had a few questions, and after only getting a couple 'automated' responses, gave up on talking yo a human. Didn't stay second night, and nicely told……
