「Tub drain was a bit worn. Otherwise great value for a family of 5. Enjoyed this much more than our hotel stays. The kids could run around (supervised) and made some friends. Great layout in the cabin stocked kitchen so you could actually cook and an apartment sized fridge. It was a home away from home 」

「Cheryl & Keith were both extremely friendly and a joy to meet. Although I missed in the e mail that I was supposed to check in by 7:00 on Sunday evening. She called me as I was going over Wolf Creek Pass and waited until I arrived at 7:45. Then Keith was kind enogh to visit with me for an hour giving me advice regarding four wheeling in the area. I highly recommend the property and well be staying there again!」

「Trisha is one of those hosts who has obviously traveled and brought her travel knowledge to her own rental cabin. A large cabinet holds everything one might need! The bed is super comfy, the dark sky is wonderful, the dogs loved it and she has lots of local information! We'll definitely be back!」

「The location was breathtaking and very conveniently located to downtown. The hosts were lovely and we enjoyed our stay. Just know if you book during the summer months that this cabin does not have a/c. We happened to be there during an unusually hot weekend and it was tough to get comfortable the first night. The host did bring us a cooler fan and that did help quite a bit.Overall we loved our stay and would book here again. 」

「We had such a wonderful stay at this house. There was plenty of room for our family of four and then some. The views were of the San Juan River while hanging out in the hot tub were fabulous. The house is very cozy in a nice quiet neighborhood off of the main highway - so no noise. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. My only issue, which wasn't a big one, was that the doors to the master bath are barn doors that don't lock but that wasn't big at all. Loved loved this place and would...
