「Great room and 」

「Basically a small apartment with an equipped kitchen. Was perfect for our Halloween stay! Walking distance to The Truth and some great restaurants was the main reason for the stay.」

「Great location, can walk to so many places. Clean, updated and beautiful. We had 3 rooms in our group and all of them were so nice.」

「This is my new fav hotel in nashville. The rooms are spacious and you are in a great walkable area. If you're into health the amenities are great too. I wish the parking was free but such is life.」

「Location and size was great. Also had a fantastic patio and deck. There are a few things to note. Make sure to read about parking ahead of arrival. The sofa bed was not comfortable and the iron did not work properly. There was a weird smell when we walked in as well.」

「Parking was a little sparse but the location and cleanliness was excellent.」

「Self check in is very simple, there are about 7 lockers available for luggage storage before check-in if needed (they are on a first come basis) our room was exactly what we needed, very cozy and clean! The property is well maintained. Everything was just about perfect until check out, we had messaged the hotel and let them know we planned to use one of the lockers as check-out is 10 and our flight wasn’t until 3pm but we wanted to ensure we would be able to access the lobby still, we were told...

「Best place ever」

「Great communication great location perfect property」

「Overall, the experience was positive. Close to downtown and other businesses I wanted to attend. Slight hiccup in regard to entry code but that was quickly resolved. The representative who I communicated with (Belle) both by phone and text was great! On-site parking without charge was an excellent benefit.」

「We really enjoyed the location and ease to get anywhere we needed to within Downtown Nashville. The flat is very clean and provided what we needed for our two night stay. The only issue we had is the bed was very loud when getting in and out of it. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here.」

「The property was walking distance to Broadway. The condo is a decent size. It was handy to have 2 bathrooms attached to the 2 bedrooms. There was no table, only a bar with seating for 3. The condo is very clean and updated. The garage parking was a nice feature. We felt safe here as there were codes needed to use the elevator. There is PLENTY of closet space.」

「The unit was quite clean overall, but it is showing some wear and tear in places and needs some maintenance here and there. The price was quite reasonable for the quality of the unit and communication with the host was good.」

「Clean and comfortable place to stay and enjoy the city.」
