「We were happy with the price and the size of the home.... however, we had concerns about the safety of the neighborhood. This was coupled with a door that was open leading from the master bedroom to the balcony (which was sagging and wouldn't lock without a bunch of effort to lift and latch at the same time), a back storage room on the house was left unlocked and open, and the host never responded to my messages (both on the app and the phone number provided). I sent a message Friday, Saturday...

「We had a wonderful time here. The home was easy to check in to and the host was very responsive.」

「After staying for several weeks, we can say with confidence that our host, Kelsey, and the Bluegrass Barbie house exceeded our expectations! Kelsey was so friendly and made our experience an easy one. She was accessible to us, very responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. She made the process seamless. The home has great curb appeal and is located in a nice neighborhood where we felt very safe. We felt welcomed when we walked in the door. Inside, the home was very clean throughout...

The combination of rustic charm and thoughtful updates was...

「Extremely well-maintained property stocked with everything you could need. Host was accessible and very helpful.」

「Very clean and cozy little spot. We loved the open area kitchen dining and Living room great for hanging out, eating meals, playing cards or whatever you want to do. Very close to everything. Quiet little dead end street. Perfect place for a couple nights in Owensboro!! The host was awesome and very responsive. Provided some snacks and some really good coffee!!!」

「Wasn’t handicap accessible」

「We were so excited to stay at this rental for the Special Olympics State softball tournament. However, five hours prior to check-in, the host canceled our stay with no explanation. She did not return emails or calls. We were forced, while in route, to find other accommodations. Very poor business practices.」
