「The house was overall nice. The host was quick with responding. The game room was loved by all my guest. The house came with a lot of essentials that would be needed on a day to day basis. Just couldn’t find a mop. We were gone for the majority of our stay so we did not utilize the outside. The location is close to a lot of Atlanta’s hotspots. 「This property was as-advertised. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Its Brookhaven location was excellent. The owner was easy to work with. One thing to know is that it is near to train/MARTA tracks but that never bothered me as there are trees in between and they provided an air filter that made good white noise.」

「We had a perfect stay! The home was very clean and really had everything we needed. I was in Atlanta attending an event with family at Emory University, it was super convenient, only a few minutes’ drive to campus. The area was safe and quiet at night, and there was a setup for sitting on the back porch. The beds were extra comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was set up to cook for a group. Overall, this exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend it.」

「This was probably one of top places i hace stay at using Vrbo! It was immaculate! Nardos was an exceptional host! We were visiting for my daughters senior spring break. 「The location is convenient because we could get onto hwy 85 easily, allowing us to get to all the sights we wanted to see. And, even though we were near the hwy, the noise is blocked by other buidings in the area so it is quiet in the apartment. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, spices, K-cups, dishes, and pots and pans. There were plenty of items for convenience and comfort in the apartment.」

The house is cute and well done, and there’s an unofficial park just up the road that has the 3 oldest Oaks in all ATL dating back to 1873!!! Holy cow, what an honor to see those! 」
