“Don't overlook this property if you're going to Rockford! There were many positives we experienced with both the property and hosts. We were happy to have access to the EV charger. It's pretty powerful too! The hosts were responsive to my misunderstanding with removing an adapter, going out of their way to quickly remedy the situation, and follow up to make sure it was working.There's a fire pit out back, a pretty nice set up with chairs and plenty of firewood available to burn! “Check in went really well.The rooms were much darker than anticipated. The pictures online looked much brighter. The furniture needs a some TLC--a lot of chipped paint, torn back rest on the couch, well-loved "sitting spots" on the couches. Stains on the carpet areas.It was a clean place but for what we paid per night, I kinda expected a little higher quality details.Host interaction was very prompt, expectations well laid out. “Very clean! Each bed has 4 fluffy pillows, very comfortable beds. Each bedroom has a tv, very nice! Nice game room. We really enjoyed our stay and will return when we are in Rockford. Only negative for larger groups: This did not affect us, there were only 3 of us. However, there are only 3 bath towels and 1 beach towel. ”
