「This place was just as stated on the website. We were not sure because of some of the negative reviews we have read but am telling you as soon as we open the door it was just like the pictures and we felt right at home. We stayed for 13 nights and I had my toddler with me. Any queries the host responded and delivered to my satisfaction. Getting around was easy and convenient. Great views. 「The hotel itself is nice, and the room had a lovely appearance. However, our window looked out onto an alley where people appeared to be living in very poor conditions. This seemed to reflect the contrast in Casco Viejo, where renovation and gentrification are visible throughout the area. 「Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight.」

「They canceled on my 4 hours before my arrival in Panama..I was stuck paying for another hotel last minute. I have yet to receive my refund. The manager / owner of the property was very unprofessional and cruel to do that to a solo female Traveller in a country by herself for the first time..they didnt even offer to help to get another place to stay. My flight arrive 7pm at night and that when I knew the booked apartment that was paid for was canceled by them because the over booked.. not...
