「The overall stay at the home was GREAT!!! My Line Sisters and I truly enjoyed our stay as we celebrated our 40th AKAversary. Ms. Je'Nita was very accommodating with our needs. There was only 1 hiccup...we were greeted by two lizards inside the home during our stay. We quickly got rid of them. As stated, the stay was great and will definitely use the host's home in the future if needed.」

「This property is absolutely charming. From the decor to the comfortable beds. We were in town for a family reunion and this space was perfect! We were able to get some cooking done for the Sunday family dinner instead of everything being rush, rush, at the facility we were hosting our reunion at. 「This is a nice studio just minutes from town. It was super quiet. It's set back from the owners home with a nice wooded view. It had everything I needed for my stay. Internet worked great with a decent size tv, full size fridge, electric range and plenty of hot water. I'll be staying here when I'm in town.」

「We rented this house for a night to accommodate guests for my daughter's wedding on 11/8/25. It is GORGEOUS! Right on Lake Blackshear, with beautiful views of the lake from many rooms in the house. Very spacious- there were 10 guests total, but definitely room for more. Debbie was extremely gracious and very quick to answer any questions I had. If you're going to spend time in the Cordele/Warwick/Lake Blackshear area, this is the place to be!! My daughter, her husband and guests were so pleased...
