「No electricity!!! I understand its war time and it might happen, but Hotels usually have generator, or at least let us know before, and allow to cancel, let me find a warm hotel. Woke up freezing cold!!!」

「Considering the apartments are in the midst of an ongoing war, it is impressive to see how the gated community has adapted to enforce curfew, have excellent facilities, restaurants and playgrounds on site. Great apartment, excellent shower, TV, comfy bed, washing machine, kettle all you need! 」

「This property is the great place to stay in Kyiv. The room has kitchen and washing machine.Hotel rooms always clean and comfortable for travellers. This property has great location.」

「I ended up staying at the Greguar Hotel, where the key pick-up location was. The room had everything you need - a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen, a normal hotel bathroom, and a washing machine - good for long and short term stays. Very friendly staff and good internet. If, like me, you are a clean and quiet sort who prefers not to be disturbed, you can decline once or...

「Clean but no extra toilet paper. They forgot to turn hot water on and no phone. 」

Cleanliness and pest control should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this place failed completely. Save yourself the stress and avoid this...

「I liked it and recommend it Location is perfect People are so nice and helpful 」

「For not speaking the same language it went very very smooth. Very clean and a great location. Any difficulties were solved. Only complaint is the walls were a little thin if you have neighboring guests.」

「It was great」

「价位和房间都是不错的，洗手间浴盆放出来的水是黄的。前台很小，电梯很古老。酒店位置很好。性价比比较好的公寓酒店。」
