“A great place to stay in the West End and perfect for a pet barely 2 blocks fromHanes Park with walking trails for the dog to stretch her legs. Very walkable to several West End cafes/bars (like the Remedy and the Tap Room) as well as to many great options on 4th St. (Moselle’s, Bernadine’s, Joyner’s Lounge. Very comfortable on aQuiet street in a beautiful, historic neighborhood. Our host )Shamonda) met us for checks in and showed us around; she even left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. We……

“This home is nice and in a nice location. We were however confused that it was listed as a whole house with a hot tub, but you have to pay a fee for the hot tub, and in fact there was a whole other rental below us. The charges for an extra guest to visit were a little much also. It wasn't very clean, we found random items stuffed and placed on top of cabinets, light fixtures etc. and a cup under the bed. Lastly, to be asked to sparingly use utilities so they can save on bills is way out of……

“The house was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, which we really appreciated during our stay. However, there were two downsides to be aware of. First, after booking, the owner asked us to pay an extra money for cleaning fee, even though it was not clearly listed in the Expedia booking details. I chose not to argue since I didn’t want to ruin our family trip, but future guests should expect additional charges. Second, privacy was an issue the owner lives in the basement, and it felt……

“Overall, we had a good stay. The home looked exactly like the photos and comfortably accommodated our group during a difficult time with family. The space was clean and met our needs. My only concerns were that the glass panel/door in the shower was missing, which made the bathroom less functional than expected. I also submitted a request to update the reservation to allow up to 5 guests because we had family and friends stopping by while we were grieving, but I never received a response from……

“JESUS ARIAS was an awesome host! The communication was fantastic and the place was spotless! The house is in a very convenient location, and it was perfect for our visit for attending the Commencement ceremony at Wake Forest University. It’s a few minutes from WFU and just a couple of minutes downtown to visit some fantastic restaurants. Perfect spot for a weekend to Wake Forest football or basketball game. Thank you Jesus for a great place to stay!”
