We had elderly relatives that have difficulty with so many stairs.2) We were not supposed to be charged until our 1st day of our reservation but we were charged when we made the reservation. 3) Front steps are soft wood that feel like they are about to crack.4) Keys were in a lock box. "Staff were friendly. The breakfast was awesome. Clean room bigger than we expected. No freezer in the fridge for ice cream. Friendly atmosphere. The pool water was merky, we couldn't see the bottom of the pool but it was still a nice pool and the hot tub was a great surprise. We will be back here when we visit our kids in Lincoln."
