"Very disappointed with our stay. We checked in at 3:30pm on 4/3 and I noticed our thermostat was not working. I called down to the front desk and the lady said she’d send maintenance up to fix. We had plans during our stay so I left knowing that maintenance would be coming to fix it. We got back at 11pm and our room was freezing. Outside temps were in the low 30’s. I called down to the front desk and no one answered. I tried multiple times with no success. My husband went down and no one was there. I then called the corporate customer line and I was told they would be calling the manager of the building to have this corrected. Was told to make sure my phone was on and they would call me right back. I waited till midnight for someone to call to get this corrected and nothing. We slept in our room with no heat and nothing was even attempted to correct this. On top of that the building is under construction for remodeling which wouldn’t be an issue except walking to our room consisted of smoke/dust everywhere. Overnight the room across from us that was being working on was left open and unattended, seems like a safety hazard. We have stayed here multiple times and have never had an issue but this time has caused me to never want to stay there again. Very disappointed in the lack of care that was given. So please be cautious."
