「This hotel is good for family travel. We have 2 adults and 2 kids. You can drive to the front of your house and no need to bring your luggage to walk a long way. The house is big and 2 rooms with 4 beds and good for family. Outside have some kids playground and small lake. So relax and quiet place. 」

「Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment.
Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. 」

「Farm Cottage is the most perfect dog-friendly haven, and Pat has thought of everything to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. Talking of comfort, the beds are incredible - haven’t slept that well in a long time - and the bath was great. There are shops only a short drive away, so many beaches nearby and my dog loved the wide open fields right outside to explore. It’s very quiet and the stars at night are incredible. Highly recommend, I would happily return to stay again. 」

"The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience"
