“Wonderful waterfall & surrounding garden area. Nice cottage with wood floors & the clawfoot tub is fabulous. Porch on the back with rockers. When we arrived the room was HOT. We believe the previous person had left the heat on. We opened windows for a cross breeze & the owner was gracious enough to bring a circulating fan. Thank goodness it cooled to 65 at night, since it was 91 in the day. There is no A/C. My friend stayed in this cottage as we stayed in the river room. As I said for that……

“The place worked for a last minute ski trip. It was roomy and clean. The hot tub was old but hot. I think what threw me off was the conditon of the home. Parts of floors were peeling and walls needed painting to cover patch jobs. The appliances were a bit quirky (the microwave would not open after heating food and we had to unplug it). “We were here in New Hampshire for my daughter's graduation from SNHU and we stayed the whole weekend because our birthday was that Sunday. Nancy was a great host. She responded to us immediately if we had any questions. The place was very clean very comfortable and easy to find. Thank you for the experience in New Hampshire. We enjoyed ourselves.”

Kids had fun playing the games and I did enjoy the keurig. Didn't have enough time to try the hot tub. Didn't want to make too much noise at night outside. As it's a very quiet neighborhood.”

“Lovely cottage. Would stay again.”

“We were very appreciative of being able to check in a little early. However, the check-in instructions and information could have been much clearer. We rented the full 3-bedroom house, but each bedroom had a digital lock requiring a code. We were not given all of the codes initially and had to ask for them, then follow up again for the third room. I found this concerning from a safety/fire-safety standpoint, as the codes must be entered every time and one door was especially difficult and……
