「The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. 「The unit is spacious which is exactly what we needed, but we did not get the key on time as promised (there was a 30-minute delay), and the unit was not very clean and had other issues. We had to request the kitchen area to be re-cleaned, shower handle to be fixed, tissue papers to be provided…. One of the bathroom doors could not be locked and there are plenty of black moldy spots in the shower areas. 「This was a disastrous experience.
The apartment messaged me two days before my departure asking for my WhatsApp number, which I provided immediately. However, I never heard back from them after that, not even via WhatsApp.
The check-in instructions stated that I could contact their virtual assistant upon arrival. To my shock, the virtual assistant replied saying they could not find anyone to provide the room keys and offered a refund as the only solution.
I arrived at the airport at 10:00 PM...
