“Parking was secure which was my priority, so very good. Room was okay, all amenities available and was clean. The only down side was that you could hear noises from the other rooms. In general I was happy with my stay.”

“After seeing mixed reviews I had been concerned but for the price we paid this place is amazing. We were lucky to have been upgraded to a 2 bedroom apt, which I would book first time if we came again as see that the one bed would be small for 4. It had everything we needed (except a fan) Like everyone else who stayed whilst the weather was around 35 degrees, we struggled with the heat and no air con, had to sleep with the bedroom door open (we had a ground floor apartment but it felt safe). “This was a great stay! It was luxurious to have so much space! Conveniently located to all the attractions in Amboise, and a winery a literal stone’s throw away. One downside was no internet or wifi, and within the house the signal was poor- had to pop outside a few times when internet was needed. We would definitely stay again! ”

Some of the spaces were a little tight, but that’s to be expected with a renovated historic building. The host was friendly, flexible, and responsive. We enjoyed our time here!”
