「Great place close to everything!」

「Close to downtown & Colorado School of Mines. Breakfast place directly across the street, great value and great property」

「As a part of a long road trip across the country and back, this little place was so comfortable and welcoming! Clay is a great host. We liked so many things about the house, but I will begin with the location. There are several parks within walking distance. Old Town Arvada is a 25 minute walk and has so many charming shops and eateries. We went downtown to visit the capitol building too. The security guard told us about a tour beginning in just a few minutes. It was so informative and we really...

「You will notice that the ratings and comments on this property are top notch The experience delivered as advertised. Jay was a great host. My wife and I got the biggest kick about how well thought out everything was about the property. Literally no stone left unturned. Jay puts his best effort into this experience. We travel a lot and we’ve never seen a rental this clean and this well thought out.As for Golden- we loved it. The property was within minutes of small and big chain grocers,...

「The location and accommodations were perfect for us, and we had a wonderful stay. We were very convenient to the Red Rocks Amphitheater, which was a highlight of our trip, and also to local hiking trails and other attractions. The studio was very nicely appointed, well-stocked with essentials, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed morning coffee and evening happy hours on the front deck, as well as walks around the property. We look forward to future trips to the area, and...

「Nice quiet location. Convenient for Red Rocks and hanging in downtown Golden.」

「Our checkin process was a nightmare as the directions to even find the condo were not clear. There were no pictures or specific simple directions to follow. Then when we woke up the first morning, there was construction noise above us. The positive points were:The unit was very clean, orderly, and decorated well. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet after the first night. The book about the details of the condo and surrounding area was very helpful.」

「Great condo! Great location. Friendly communication. 」
