"Management Staff were super rude and inattentive. House cleaning knocks on your door every 30 minutes till you check out in the morning. We were charged $16 for a bottle of iced tea. Wouldn’t be a terrible place to stay if staff was a little kinder, polite and respectful "

"Needs updating & maintenance. Noticed ugly wood rot & rust at bottom of bathroom door frame next to wall with shower head. Also, the mini-refrigerator was not plugged in when we arrived and thus very hot inside…took several hours to cool down to store our beverages. Last item…we were booked next door to a room with a barking dog…we changed rooms."

Sometimes a hotel just does everything right without any drama or surprises, and that's exactly what this was. I'd stay here again without hesitation and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay in the Edmond area."
