"PROS: The host was responsive. The house is centrally located. We were able to get to most locations in Brooklyn within 30 mins with traffic. If you know NY traffic, that’s a good thing. The house is also very bright and spacious which made for a comfortable stay. All of the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of sheets and towels available. The walls were visibly dirty, the couch had noticeable stains, and the door handle to the unit was broken — forcing us to use a card to push it open throughout our stay. "Owners changed our stay to a different apartment, so we were not actually at this address. The property we stayed in was clean and comfortable. It was easy to check-in and owners responded to questions quickly. "

Upon arrival we noticed the property has no real curtains and only the bedrooms had ‘curtains’ that were make-shift from paper towels and tape while we had to use trash bags to cover the front windows that directly could be seen from the street.
