「The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment...

「Everything was good, good location, parking, much space」

「Lovely chap who owns and runs the hotel, very pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely recommend 」

「The listing for this apartment hotel was misleading. It said that it has Spa Facilities and swimming pool but it did not. There was such in nearby building in another hotel with similar name that charged extra 43 eur and said they have nothing to do with Flora Daisy」

「The location is very convenient. Exactly 10 minutes walk to the gondola lift. Staying here for a skiing vacation is affordable and the host, Albena, is super friendly.」

「Whilst further out of the centre than say the Flora, easily walkable and accommodation is clean and very warm. Thoroughly recommend the location. Feedback and local support also very good.」

「Excellent well-equipped apartment, good value and well located for the skiing and the main town - thank you 」
