“The best way to understand this cabin’s proximity to the city while remaining a real getaway experience is this: we picked up some great wine, aged Gouda, Stilton, and some other items in town. Then drove 12 minutes to the cabin where we had to wait just a moment for a flock of turkeys to hop and flutter out of the driveway. The highway makes it incredibly convenient to quickly get where you’re going. The furnishings are incredibly comfortable and remind me of visiting older relatives. We cooked……

“We stayed one Fall night at this adorable cabin nestled on the edge of the woods. It was only about 5 min from I-40 and easy to find. Parking was just a few feet away.The deck , lighting, firepit and hot tub made it so cozy and inviting. Bath robes were a nice addition, especially when getting in and out of hot tub. :)The kitchen had everything you need to cook/grill with. Coffee maker, creamer, butter and 3 eggs were available for our use. We got a kick out of the note left on fridge . :)There……

“It was absolutely amazing, it was really relaxing and beautiful. My girlfriend and I absolutely loved our stay here. The location was really close to a town and yet was remote enough to be really quiet and serene. The room was decorated with flowers and smelled really good and was really clean. The acres of land were really nice and we saw roosters and a little box turtle even. The best part was the view, the room had huge windows looking out in the river. The deck led straight out to the river……

“The property was just as advertised. Everything suited our needs. Finding directions from there was easy. The hosts were wonderful. They left donuts for us upon arrival. Much needed snack at that hour.. we truly enjoyed our stay. When we have to go back to that area to visit family, we will definitely be contacting them to see if this is available. ”
