“House interior is well equipped with really everything one might need. Rachel the host was very personable and highly responsive! AC and appliances worked very well and everything indoors appeared very clean. Generally quiet and peaceful (distant ? firing range sounds audible by shore). Outdoors could use improvement in terms of sweeping the decks and cleaning the grill, especially residual grease which is quite flammable. Fire pit nicely designed but no one picked up miscellaneous mallets and……

“Everything that you have set up thus far is a great setting for a couple to fully relax and enjoy each other's company. Really enjoyed the fire roasted hot tub! Had fun making our pizza together and enjoying our messy creation. A few suggestions; hooks should be added for guests to hang their jackets, purses, ect as well as more in the bathroom too. A few water bottles in the fridge would be nice. Provide a few more towels just in case. One had an oder and couldn't be used. Perhaps a deep……

“We loved our overnight stay in the deluxe studio (no 5). We arrived to a spotlessly clean, well equipped apartment with lots of little touches to make our stay comfortable. The location is great - away from the town, but very quick to get to downtown. The historic Jefferson Monticello house and other historic sights were nearby but as we were short for time we made a priority of walking down the downtown mall in the evening and visiting the UVA especially the rotunda and the university chapel in……

“This was a beautiful property. The horse pastures were right outside the cottage. There is a hiking trail on the property that was a nice surprise. Highly recommend this cottage and would stay again. ”
