The only thing that was a little problematic was the communication, I never recieved any information about the key, the entrance to the building or any information relevant to my stay. We recieved a number from hotles.com platform to call if we don't recieve any information before the check in to the apartment, but after calling that number we came in contact with the apartment owner and everything was...

「overall a good place to stay, pros: good location, good interior. great for its price a few cons: -AC wasn’t working (i didn’t need). -internet connection is nowhere near 500mbps as they say (more like 50-70) -there were no hand towels -one of the chairs is broken」
