「The property was clean and nice for our 10 day stay.」

「Stayed at this property for our daughter’s graduation from the University of Kent at the Rochester cathedral. Location was walking distance to the event and many shopping and dining options. Great secure parking as well as an extremely well appointed two bedroom two bathroom flat!」

「Great apartment well situated, and very c」

「Small clean well appointed room in outbuilding. Large free car park. Good WiFi. Friendly helpful staff. No food available on sight.」

「We stayed for a long weekend. Warm and comfortable annex flat. All amenities. Very clean.」

「Honestly website does not do the property justice it is absolutely amazing can not recommend enough. Never stayed anywhere as clean amazing housekeeping team just incredible」

「Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area.」

「What a great place to stay. Anyone wanting to stay in the country side and be able to go any where in Kent, this cottage is a must. The cottage has everything you needWe had an amazing week Thanks」

「Clean and tidy and had all I needed for my stay. Close to Morrisons which was useful and only a 15 min drive to where I was working. My flat was at the front overlooking the road which is a bit noisy during the day and evening so I had the front windows closed and it was quiet enough at night for me to sleep. The towels are ok but would prefer bath sheets or larger towels than those on offer. I will certainly look to using this place again as I frequently work on Canvey island.」
