“The Ohiopyle Treehouse is a great escape from the hustle of everyday life. My wife and I spent a long weekend over the July 4th holiday and it was the perfect place to relax, explore, and enjoy. We spent our days hiking the on-property trails and exploring Ohiopyle State Park, and our evenings relaxing in the hot tub and on the back porch of the treehouse. There is a family of deer that must live nearby, as we watched mom & 2 babies frolicking around the property all weekend. We even took a day……

“We had a wonderful time at the Outpost. It was perfectly located to Ohiopyle, Youghiogheny River Lake, and Laurel Caverns. We spent many evenings at the beautiful cabin just enjoying the many deer and turkey that roamed around. The highlight for us was the daily visits from Bart and Sofi -the neighbors labradors who where a wonderful welcome committee. We highly recommend The Outpost!”

“This cabin was the perfect escape! It struck the ideal balance between comfort and nature- exactly what you'd want fora relaxing stay at Alpine Lake. The home was incredibly well-stocked with everything from towels and dishes to cleaning supplies, spices, and extra linens. It made settling in so easy. “We had a great time at the cabin. The 3 bedrooms are good sized with comfortable beds. Kitchen and the rest of the house were very clean. We appreciated the towels for the hot tub and tvs in every bedroom. The hot tub was a great way to relax after biking. It’s near a semi busy road but set back so you don’t hear it. The stream is beautiful and yard big enough to throw a ball around. We enjoyed the fire pit and didn’t have a chance to use the newer looking wood/charcoal grill. All in all a great……
