“This is the second time staying at this rental. This place is very clean and the listing is accurate. Easy in, great parking, and very comfortable space. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The only suggestion I have is to add a tv or 2 to the bedrooms for families or those who just want some private space”

“This place is rustic, but has potential. No communication from host as to how to get in. I tried emailing the host via VRBO, calling, and texting. After texting I got the code to get in and the wifi. You have to have your own water to drink and cook with. It is well water without a filter for getting useable water. The well water has a potent smell and taste of iron. There aren't any curtains in the back of the house and the roll up curtains in one of the bedrooms aren't great. The furniture is……

“The home provided a wonderful space for everyone to have their own room, relax and hang out together.The hot tub was a wonderful addition!We were disappointed that the bedding, living space and kitchen cookware and utensils were not very clean. We were also shocked to find that most of the windows were all unlocked on our last day. Made us feel a bit unsafe.However we did communicate our disatisfaction with the owner and he was going to address it with maintenance and his cleaning staff. ……

“The Blue Farm House was clean and comfortable for our family. The home had extra special things for all - games and crafts for the children, extra spices, coffee and condiments and pillows and blankets to snuggle up with. Lots of room to meet with family and escape the cold.We were attending a family funeral - the house offered a restful retreat. Due to cold, we couldn’t enjoy the yard. The children were entertained by the “reindeer “ on the walls.”

“We loved our stay at Eagle’s Nest - Main House. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and there were also plenty of entertaining things to do. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The kids loved the pool, which was one of the biggest draws for us. The house was stocked with a lot of beach towels, it was nice to not have to bring our own. The property was big and we had quite a few scavenger hunts and a fire w/smores. “Very communicative host, very clean, beautiful and inviting cabin and everything was above an average stay from the towel softness and quality to the cozy bedding and pillows and just all the extras on the property it’s truly an amazing stay and I would recommend to anyone and will hopefully get the chance to stay again soon! ”
