“So booked this stay ion Orbitz and prepaid . When I checked in they said I owed them money. Showed them my receipt on orbitz gave me a hassle but said ok. When I checked out 3 days later said I owed money agsin. Showed her receipts for payment of the 3 nights. Refused to honor them even those I had proof of payment. Threatened to not let me leave until I paid. She made me talk to the people off the phone and I sent them proof emails. Still wanted me to pay agsin for 2 nights. Was a nightmare,……

“Property is located in a convenient location if you are in Nairobi for business since it's walkable to down town Nairobi & the free way to the International Airport is close by. The staff here is great, especially the security team. Rooms don't have air conditioning so it can get really hot in the summer seasons...they provide a fan upon request. Laundry room is far off from room, if you are staying for long. Not a lot of entertainment option to view on the in-room tv. There's a pool. Property……
