「Overall the stay was good, close to the beach and downtown.The actual condo was a bit dark (the picture shows it to be bright andairy) and the was major construction going on at the next door unit. (we were not made aware of said construction until the morning of check in and it was indicated that "some construction") They construction consisted of replacing the floor joists and floor. Not very conducive to a quiet stay while inside during the daytime.」

「Located on the 2nd floor, so you need to know there will be steps. Had an issue (no fault of the owner) at check-in with parking. We had a pass for our spot, and the neighbor had two passes and parked in ours. Lots of "things" (utensils, etc.) in the kitchen were nice. Every appliance worked great. Furniture was in good shape. Didn't use it, but the screen on the porch wasn't in good shape. Probably our biggest negative was that if you've ever been to your child's elementary school and...
