“Brenda’s place was fantastic! We loved being close to the beach and she had everything we needed. (Beach towels, kids toys, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, etc). It was so nice not to have to pack all of those things. ”

“Stayed second year in a row. This time much cleaner. Brought older daughter who had a great time. Only downside was no umbrella and only 2 chairs which we bought (at Walmart for 70 and left for the next renter). We will come in May next time….a little too hot. But overall great time. ”

Amelia Island is so beautiful. Parking in area and at condo was so easy. Steps from beach actually mean steps from beach. I have been to many beaches and was told it was close and easy walk, and never was. Was the easiest walk to the beach and we wished we had stayed a few more days.”

Nice porch out front to relax and easy walk across a very quiet "street" (wouldn't even really call it a street) to the beach. There were people there but not crowded at all. ”
