“The mobile home was very comfortable, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the lounge because the weather was so poor. It was lovely to have the view overlooking the bays towards Swanage.Can we make a suggestion that a washing machine would be helpful with dyer combination placed in the mobile home. The whole site does not have a washing machine facility and we had to motor into Highcliffe.”

The Shepherds Hut was clean, cosy, private and in an excellent location. A short 10 min walk to the main high street and beach. We’d recommend Rachel’s to anyone looking to explore the area and hope to be back soon. Rachel’s welcome pack was informative, instructions were clear and the gifts were very kind. “Large group of friends getting together for a weekend - this was the perfect house for us and in a perfect location for all the best spots of the new forest! Beautiful with loads of space and lovely big garden for the kids and dogs. Host was also incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful! ”

“The cottage had everything we needed for the week; beds were very comfortable, a lovely courtyard garden which was a sun trap. It’s also close to all the amenities in Lymington (in walking distance). Richard was an excellent host; gave us concise information on the cottage, local area, dining out options and offered personal help when I experienced a problem with my car on the day of arrival. We would definitely book this cottage again. ”
