「Large comfortable home in the Big Creek area set in a lush tropical setting which is minutes walk to the beach. Enjoyed the serenity of the setting and was a short taxi ride to town. We saw a family of howler monkeys come close to the property daily which was a real treat.Lea was a great host and got us in contact with a reliable taxi service that used during our stay.」

「Tropical private paradise. Beautiful rustic bungalow right on aqua waters. We came on off season and felt like we had the island to ourselves. There are kayaks to use as well. If you want more restaurants and life come in the main dry season. There is coral snorkeling nearby and an amazing indigenous guide and chef named Calypso who showed us all the local animals, sloths, monkeys, frogs, caiman and plant medicines. 「Very clean, well-organized, and cozy place to stay. Just a few minutes’ walk from downtown, yet quiet because it’s not right in the center. Excellent kitchen and fridge with everything you need to prepare snacks or meals. Several grocery stores are only a few minutes away as well. Very good coffee available all day! I’m a solo female traveler and felt very safe. I booked a room with a private shower on the lower level. Thanks for a great stay — I’ll definitely be back!」
