「Unfortunately, this property did not match the listing. The rental is a basement unit underneath the owners' home with interior stairs connecting the spaces which was not disclosed. The photos solely show the exterior of the house and do not accurately represent the basement entrance, layout, or parking situation. We would not have booked had the listing been more accurate and transparent. The interior door connecting the unit to the main house only has a lock on the homeowners' side, with no way...

「Beautiful setting. Very convenient to Oxford. Good for families. Relaxing and great for quality time to unplug. Be attentive to beds and shower set up. Bunk treehouse is separate and best for children. Two queen beds are in loft, not separate bedroom. One fully private bedroom. One shower inside and one shower on lower level is very nice but you do need to go outside to get to it. 」

「I am a mother traveling with my daught and grandsonthar was playing a baseball tournament in Oxford. Not more than 10 minutes arriving, a cop was in front porch asking my grandson if he had been spraying paint on houses. He absolutely was not, never out of our eyes and we were still unloading. A vert loud sound hit the house in middle of nights, cops again everywhere which us being women made us very frightened and uncomfortable. Roaches in front bath tub in the morning」

I would have loved to sit on the porch in the morning to drink my coffee, but there was no outside furniture. Other than those two very fixable...

「Perfectly appointed and clean! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.」

「Very nice and convenient location for Ole Miss move in.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at the Little House in the Valley! The location is a nice mix of being only a short 5 minute drive to town, but also the peace and quiet of being out in the country. The farmhouse was spacious and clean and is perfect for families with play areas and bunk beds for kids. Angelina was a great host making check in and check out very easy. She responded quickly to any communications or questions, and she even left us some light snacks on arrival. Thank you Angelina for...

「Our host thought of every detail. From the immaculately clean house to the fresh scent, this property was amazing. I love the fact that everything was labeled including instructions for all of the appliances.」
