「This could have been an excellent rating and if only based on the quality of the accommodation it would be. However, we had issues on our arrival . No one was there to meet us. Luckily some other residents let us in to the property as we had no proper access codes but it took some time before a rep for the property mgt company arrived not to mention costly phone calls for us. 「Slight delay with check in but small error was fixed. Bikes were not fit for riding and that was one question we did not get answered and bikes were a reason we chose this property. So we rented bikes and rode. Bike paths are great as is bus system. Communication was solid otherwise. Pool and outdoor area well maintained. BBQ needed supplies.
