「I want to give them a 10 out of 10 but the neighbors were so noisy! The neighbors stayed up partying until around midnight Saturday and Sunday. They were outside with loud music and screaming at each other. The house is the cutest place! The hosts were magnificent- we didn’t have hot water and it was fixed within the hour. I’d recommend it but just be aware if it’s a holiday weekend - the neighbors are very loud. 」

「This is a great location for visiting Clemson! Apartment is small, but it was very clean and well-stocked. Parking is easy, especially if you drive around to the back. Common area is small, but we were not in the apartment much to sit and watch tv. El Jimador (restaurant in same parking lot) is very good and so convenient! Russell is easy to get in touch with for any issues or questions. 」
