「The fan in the master didn't work... or maybe I just didn't know HOW to work it, but the property was great and we had a wonderful time. No issues and it was quiet and lovely」

「Nice. Very clean and organized on the inside. Porch not so much but I understand its to be replaced or rebuilt soon. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very quiet with an exceptional view on the river. 」

「Perfect for our family gathering. Several places within the home and outside for us to share laughs, meals, and family time. We enjoyed relaxing out on the screened porch area and watching the sunset from the pier. The steep driveway was unexpected but we managed. More than adequate parking given the size of our party.」

「Our trip has delays and headaches before we even reached the property. The property owner was so very helpful and Johnny on the spot. She went above and beyond to help us and made sure our stay was wonderful. The property was clean and perfect for our stay. We were on the water quickly and easily and our stay was VERY comfortable. I will stay here again and so should you.」

「Claire made our check in/check out much easier than any hotel would offer. While our days were busy out and about, we were excited to get back and enjoy our evenings overlooking the water from the deck. Perfect location, nice neighbors, quiet. We loved the fact that the house sits below road level. The lack of traffic noise was a bonus for us.」

「Emmett is an amazing owner who made sure we had everything we needed. The place is absolute fabulous. Beds were comfortable and the VIEWS were stunning. We caught nearly 40 catfish on worms from the dock. Also you will have your own aquarium view under the dock light. Swirling bait fish and a ton of spotted and grey gar fish. This is our second stay at one of his properties. Highly recommend. 」

「Great kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint.」
