「Everything is fine except back yard landscaping and lights. Entrance doors need to be replace.」

「This is a wonderful historic property if you're into a vintage stay. We were. The home is lovely. The only disadvantages are not having a host on-site and having to get luggage up the stairs without an elevator or bellhop assitance; there are no bedrooms on the ground floor. And being vintage, it takes quite a while to adjust the temperature to where you want it. Also, it would be helpful to have television instructions; we were never able to figure out how to get anything on the TV.」

「Nice peaceful area to relax. Quite outside area. Easy to access the place from town. 」

「Always appreciate quality for price, so this place feels worth mentioning. Great little rooms that come with everything you need when stopping over on a road trip!」

「If you want cheap this is the place. I definitely didn’t hate it but the bed was definitely not comfortable. It wasn’t what I was looking for but did the job. There was pretty much nothing to do in the immediate area.」

「We had a dog with us and he totally loved the freedom he had on the farm. Sharon was the perfect host. She welcomed our extended family to visit us during our stay. She also let the grandkids swim in her pool and even let us borrow a life jacket for one of the kids. We hope to be back on the future!」

「A small but charming 1 bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture, especially the bed, was very comfortable. The kitchen came stocked with some supplies, including coffee pods for the Keurig machine. It was very helpful that there was a washer/dryer with detergent. Off-street parking was not available but there was always a spot on the street out in front. We enjoyed our stay.」

「We had a great time at this 1940's built Mid-Century Modern Classic. The house architecture was amazing and the grounds are impressive. We had plenty of room inside and outside for a large group. There are several large gathering areas inside the home so lots of space to be with others or to have some time to yourself. I enjoyed the awesome stereo and my 5 year old grandson had the TV figured out and working in about 2 minutes. We were in town for a wedding and it rained on our "free" day,...

「Free parking is a real win here compared to past stays elsewhere. Plus, good shower pressure makes mornings better!」

「This property was perfect for my visit to Dayton. Its less than 10 min from the AF museum, there is a wonderful day park less than a mile up the road my dogs loved! And the apartment was the perfect size for a couple traveling with pets. The host was amazing in keeping me updated on weather emergencies and contingencies in case the weather got worse (ie. Tornado shelter areas). Highly recommend this property.」

「We would definitely stay at this property again!」
