“The house was perfect for our family. Being able to ride utvs right from the house was a bonus. The house was exactly as described and we didn't find anything wrong with it. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals and we are a family of homemade meals. Check in was simple get the code and go inside and start enjoying. We would rent again and there are several lakes close by for fishing, win win!!”

Improvements would only be, more blankets, a plug for the tub for baths, mounting the TV so guests could enjoy the fireplace, more comfortable mattress, and new ice trays. Very minor items. Over all a very nice place at a great price. ”

We loved the kitchen layout , we enjoying many good visits in the hot tub and the location and view on the river was breathtaking. Late talks around the fire pit table were priceless . “This was a four unit Condo. We had a lower room. You could literally walk out the back door to the Rio Grand river 30 feet away. Room was well stocked with plenty of room. Owner lives next door and was very nice. Was surprised that the room had a full size washer and dryer. Only items we had concern with was the loud furnace and foot traffic noise from above unit. We would rent this unit again though.”
