“Pool was closed”

“The home itself was beautiful! The upstairs bathroom with the jacuzzi tub was great. We enjoyed watching pelicans on the river. The price and photos led me to expect a level of luxury that the property did not live up to. Despite the spa-like picture with the towel and washcloth rolled up by the sink, there were only two washcloths in the house- not enough for each of our group to use one. There was also only one dish towel. In my experience in other Vrbo’s there have been plenty of extra……

“We had a great stay. The house was clean and fit 7 guests comfortably. The house was also in a great location. Very close to Lake Geneva. Never took longer than 12 minutes to get anywhere we needed to go. The private beach was cute and walkable but the water was not the cleanest, lots of seaweed. Overall, would definitely stay again!”

“Room was even cuter than in the pictures! Each suite has a small, private-ish patio area outside with a table and two chairs. While we didn't use it, the Breakfast at Tiffany's suite had a gas grill and the patio was tucked away making it more private than some of the others. There is also a common area with a larger patio table and couches that was well lit at night. The rooms were clean and had great amenities, we especially appreciated the kitchenette. It is such a great area, so easy to walk……

“Very good”

“The penthouse is more incredible than the pictures show. We loved all of the special touches - murals, cows, old school video game machine, hanging chairs. We had plenty of shampoo, soap, tp, towels, coffee. I loved hearing the clock tower from the courthouse. I've never been on The Square after businesses are closed; we really enjoyed the quiet ambience. There is not a door to the bedroom, so privacy may be a factor if you are sharing the rental with friends/family. Similarly, the beautiful……

“Charming!! I was in Verona for a business conference and really wanted to be off of the beaten path & out of the city. This apartment was perfect! New Glarus is endearing, with local options for eating and drinking. The brewery is so close, and the surrounding area is truly the heartland!”

“Nice reasonable price”

“We had an amazing stay at this Vrbo! It was extremely clean, very well furnished, and the bed is so comfortable! It is in a great location close to all the shops and restaurants. We also loved the pool. We would love to stay again!”

“The location of this apartment is perfect, you are right downtown and just about a block from the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable, my only complaint is that the bedroom needs room darkening curtains. When traveling with small children, or wanting to sleep in, as is common on vacations, a dark bedroom is a must! It also can be a bit warm in the bedroom with the door closed, the ac is in the living room. A fan would be a welcome addition. Other than that, the place was fabulous!”
