「Walkable to the Temple.」

「We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Salt Lake. It's in a very walkable area of downtown and the room itself was very quiet and clean. We would highly recommend staying here.」

「I really, really enjoyed the place as I was visiting Utah for a conference at Salt Palace Convention center. I walked to and from the center to this property with no problems. The only issue I had was very little communication from the host, even as I contacted him a week prior to my check-in day. He did not contact me on check-in day, check-out day, or when I asked questions. Luckily I had no issues with the property that needed his attention, but would have been nice to be properly...

「We really enjoyed the rental unit. It was well stocked and in a great location!」

「Beautiful place to stay.」

「It was centrally located and easy to get around town walking. It is also about 2 miles to a great, paved, bicycle path. Please be aware there is a collapsible hand cart behind the bedroom door. We did not find it until we had hauled all our luggage in.」

「Clean property and room in a great location downtown. The central unit wasn't very accommodating. Cold in evenings and very warm during the day. I loved the balconies and the space was very comfortable. Good room for a great price.」

「I stayed here for a week and had a great stay. Cozy is definitely a good way to describe the place. It was comfortable and well stocked with essentials, towels, cleaning supplies, etc. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was especially handy for a week-long stay. The bed was comfortable and the big TV was a nice bonus. The location was also great and made it easy to get to everything I needed nearby. There’s a grocery store basically right on the corner which was really convenient. I was also...

「I got no clear instructions on how to check in, wandered around for 10 minutes, couldn't find anyone. Called the phone number on the front sign, no answer.」

「Clean and quiet」

「Great location, super clean and supplied with all the essentials. Highly recommend.」

「The rooms were clean and as expected! Cute little apartment and close to the Salt Palace!」

「It was a nice place. The host tried to take care of inconveniences that arose.」

「This property is exactly as advertised! The host(s) are incredible, excellent communication, clean and modern, yet cozy! The city views are the icing on the cake! We will be back again!」

「Instructions entering and leaving property were so clear. Our daughter goes to the U and it was a great location to her, also Planet Fitness was walking distance which was a bonus! Accessible to activities downtown, easy to navigate in and out. Really comfortable bed, great views from the balcony. Cooking healthy is important for me and the amenities had all I needed. Overall great place and would recommend this property and host. This will probably be “our place” anytime we visit our daughter. ...

「This place was wonderful and we plan on coming back for sure. Very clean, quiet and a wonderful host Kristin who always responded and was a pleasure to work with. Plenty attention to detail with all of the amenities that you could think of. Neighborhood is safe and secluded, check in and out was a breeze.」
