“We had an amazing time. We were super close to the beach.”

“So blessed to have stayed here! This was the FIRST family vacation with our kids AND grandchildren! It was the perfect location, and the space was perfect for all 3 families( adults had their own room and kids stayed together in their own room). We had amazing weather and there was plenty of beach gear to sit on or play with. We never lacked for anything! We were thankful to be able to do our laundry there and ate most meals in with a well stocked (with utensils etc)kitchen. Two families came……

“My family of 7 stayed here for 4 days and it was wonderful. The location is right on the beach with access to everything. ”

“Can’t say enough great things about this home and host. Perfect location and roomy comfortable home. Short walk to great beach and good location for all activities. Hopefully we can come here again. Excellent pet friendly home. Loved having outdoor shower also. ”

“We loved this place! Exactly as advertised and the owner instantly answered all our questions. The kitchen was one of the best equipped I’ve ever seen and we were able to cook many meals here and saved hundreds of dollars on dining out costs. The hub tub in the back was an added nice touch and we enjoyed it every night. Finally, this house was ideal for our medium size dog. She loved the back yard and was very relaxed here. We will definitely come back. ”

“The Poe house was a cute little "historic" home. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials which was great. We have tall people in our family, so the beds were a little small but still comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We saw deer in the backyard! So cool! This location is close to town. I would recommend this place.”

“Two story unit was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Location for walking into town was excellent, good parking opportunities. Owners very responsive. Only issue was loud noise coming from hot tub on rooftop deck but was easily remedied by turning the unit off after communication with owner. Did not use rooftop deck. Was disappointed there was no view. Overall highly recommend you cannot go wrong if Avila Beach is your chosen destination. ”

“Loved staying in this former family home. Great location - we walked to shops, restaurants, and lovely Morro Bay. There was plenty of room for our group of eight to gather in the living room. Check in was easy and our host was very responsive.”

“Love the property and the surrounding neighborhood. Would definitely recommend staying here.The only suggestion I would have is storage in the bedrooms such as a small dresser or nightstands. Other than that, we were satisfied.”

“Wonderful home located not far from downtown. Check in process was easy and parking was onsite. The house was beautifully decorated with everything you need for your stay. Large, beautiful kitchen will ample seating and cooking supplies. There was a large storage cabinet filled with extra towels and supplies. Owner was responsive and attentive to whatever we needed. We loved the home and will stay again on our trips back to Paso. ”

There are many adorable animals on site, and if you don’t hang out with Helios the horse for a few minutes, you’re really missing out!”
