“This is a great place! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked, the screen room is perfect for coffee in the morning, the fishing (off the shore) is fantastic, the boats are plenty and the memories we make here are priceless! We are return campers year after year! Mary responds quickly to any messages. If you are looking for a rustic get-a-way in a very private setting this place is perfect! We are already planning for next summer. ”

“Lovely cabin with everything you could possibly need -- well stocked. On acres with trails mowed and maintained. Very lovely. A few minutes from Malone if you want to visit the Almanzo Wilder Homestead. Would definitely book again.”

It's cute and cozy. The Jay area is beautiful and would love to come back and hike in the area, as the cabin is close to many trail heads(short drive, under 15 minutes) Shannon's communication was outstanding! I had questions regarding the property as well as requested recommendations for restaurant's. ……

“Beautiful , clean & comfortable! Home is well stocked with basics. Decent kitchen equipment , we cooked in most meals. Easy check in. I loved the back yard & porch. Took peaceful naps out there, only the sounds of nature. It was only 2 of us but would be great for a family or friends vacation spot. ”

Check in was simple and quick. The interior was tastefully appointed with delightful splashes of color that instantly lift your mood and set the tone for your stay. Everything felt like it had come to life straight out of a story book. Equipped to anticipate your every want and need, pleasant……

“Great cabin, very responsive and kind hosts, great location. We stayed for a long weekend with two little kids- great location for hiking and sight seeing. The kids loved the hot tub and loft area. The only suggestion I would have for families with kids is to bring a gate, the stairs are steep. Otherwise we had a great time. Will definitely re-book!”

“This cabin was tucked away from the main road, giving a good balance of privacy and easy accessibility to lots of hiking options. Check in was super easy, the kitchen was easy to cook in, and while small, the shower offered great water pressure from its wide shower head. The deck was great for doing yoga on and the washer/dryer was convenient. We loved getting ice cream from the place down the street!”
