「We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location was perfect for where we were going each day. The place was very clean. We could tell a lot of thought went in to making it comfortable and entertaining. We weren't so good at using the technology, but for those who know how to push all the right buttons, I'm sure it was a great added bonus.We truly felt as if we were guests in someone's home. You do hear noise from above, but no more than you would hear living in an apartment building or staying...

「What a beautiful space! It was very clean and the area quite remote. In the mornings, we saw deer and wild turkey. And so many birds! We didn’t hike any any trails, but there was a great guide available in the home that showed the property lines and gave info about the property! It was great for us and our kiddos. 」

「We were very happy with the accommodations. The cottage was neat, clean and well kept, as was the property. All the amenities were as described. We had a great weekend and would highly recommend this lake house.」

「The house is very comfortable and perfect for visiting with family and friends.We enjoyed the roomy kitchen space. The porch is great for relaxing and gazing at the tranquil lake. We appreciated the use of the canoe and the dock.」

「We were in town for a family wedding and found this quaint little apartment that was quiet and secluded. Being on the river we did find a lot of bugs, but nothing we couldnt handle. The owners were extremely nice and responsive and we had a wonderful stay. 」

「The house was perfect for our Hudson Valley excursion with family. Kids loved the arcade games and skylights. We were able to get to Bear Mountain, Mohonk and Hyde Park extremely easily. Excellent walk down to the river and quiet neighborhood. Loved it.」

「Only thing that was a challenge was carrying the kayaks down the hill and across the street. Living room was a bit hot due to no air conditioner. Host was extremely nice and accomodating and the place was well kept. 」

「We had a nice stay at this charming historic cottage while my daughter and her friend competed at the annual Millbrook Horse Trials over 4 days. The kitchen had everything needed plus they included some extras in the fridge such as filtered water, ice, coffee, etc. We loved to see the chickens running around too. We hope to return next year and book this same place once we have the dates!」
