“Well maintained ranch with open living/kitchen area and 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Great location for Letchworth visit and close to shops in Perry. Prompt communication with owner before and during stay. Well equipped kitchen, and nice grounds. Stayed at a hotel on prior visit, glad we were able to stay at the Gate House on this trip! ”

“Our host, David, kept in contact via text. He was quick to respond and very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. The cabin was clean, cute and bed was very comfy. Appeared to have been recently, renovated. The hosts thought of everything! Much more than any VRBO we've ever stayed in before.They supplied coffee, a spare toothbrush and a phone charger by the bed to name a few. Would absolutely come back and refer others!”

“We had a group of 13 adults. We had plenty of space to all be together and enough room to spread out if we wanted. Kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed to prepare large meals. Lake front was beautiful. Plenty of outdoor seating by the bonfire. ”

“This was the perfect place for our stay, close to Letchworth State Park and friends in Castile. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the deck, yard, and indoor/outdoor games. Highly recommend.”

“We had a great vacation at the home. The furniture is so nice. The mattress in the main bedroom was so comfortable. The second cottage gave us space for our multi-generational family. The stone walkway is pretty but needs bushes trimmed to clear the path.”

“This cottage is charming and quiet! Just lovely, bed was very comfortable and we were greeted with fresh flowers and a basket of fresh veggies which was such a welcoming touch! Located on a beautiful horse farm, very quiet and great for relaxing! Well appointed home and kitchen had everything we needed to eat in during a busy weekend competing at a local horseshow. ”

“It was just what we wanted -- a place near Letchworth Park that was dog-friendly. Its in a quiet neighborhood that's a short dog-walk to a beautiful lake. You need to bring linens and towels. The kitchen has plates and utensils but no food, spices, coffee, sugar, etc. I wish the notes posted in the home were on the listing, especially the "small hot water tank, take a short shower". None of these minor gripes would have stopped us from renting this place, but it's good to know up front. ……

“We rented the house for graduation weekend at Geneseo college. I highly recommend renting this property for visiting with a larger group instead of renting a hotel room when visiting the school, it was perfect for a relaxing grad weekend!!!We were very happy with the house, location and Mary Alice was a pleasure to deal with. She was super attentive and responded immediately when we texted her. I would recommend a stay here! The kitchen was perfect and the house was super clean, it won’t……
