「Lots of fun games, which was SO important since it drizzled/rained the whole time. No one can control the weather, but for a star gazing trip it couldn't have been worse. The house was comfortable, quiet, serene and well equipped. The only down side were the two staircases with extremely narrow steps. Otherwise this was a 5! Thanks so much, Josh!」

「My husband and three young adult children were so happy staying here. It exceeded our expectations. The cabin was perfect. The town of Hornell was very quaint with coffee shops and a great Wegmans and Walmart and more! We slept well and had everything we needed. We went to Letchworth state park and Rochester on Lake Ontario. Beautiful area! We hope to return again. 」

「We had an absolutely delightful stay at Ebb’n’Flow. The spot is secluded and full of charm and natural beauty. The cabin and grounds have everything needed for a comfortable, cozy, and relaxing getaway. We made a promise to return next summer, but for much longer. Kudos to Marilyn and her team- they rock. 」

「Fantastic property, we had an amazing stay. The whole place was very clean and well decorated. The atmosphere inside was so cozy and quant but was very up to date with very fast wifi and lots of light fixtures, outlets, and USB plugs. During our stay it was a little chilly, so we didn't get to utilize all of the outdoor seating areas but they were very nice, clean and with plenty of chairs. The hot tub was great, easy to use and to get the cover on and off of and was very relaxing on the chilly...

「We really enjoyed our stay. The cable was beautiful and the location was very private. The internet was running a little slow a couple of days, but we did get to enjoy a fair amount of time sitting around the fire pit. We definitely would go back again. 」

「This was a beautiful house and property! The hot tub was very clean. The kitchen was well labeled. Everything was very comfortable. Our dog had a great vacation too. She loved the window seat in the kitchen, overlooking the driveway and the valley. The view of the stars is unsurpassed! We look forward to booking again!」

「Home had more than expected. Cleanliness, comfortable beds, spacious, plenty of outside deck space and gas grill. The pond and firepit area was nice, just wish we had a chance to do some fishing but it rained 3 out of the 4 days we stayed!! Maybe next time we'll have better weather! 」
