“If you’re planning to stay here, there are two important things to know BEFORE you get there. Firstly, there is a good chance you won’t get reception anywhere near this town. Get your check in instructions with the WiFi info and door code before you drive into town. Secondly, the water here smells rotten eggs. This is true for the sinks and the shower. You don’t feel clean after showering or washing r your hands after using the bathroom. We brought in our own 2 gallon tanks of water from the……

“Our three night stay at this wonderful cottage by a stream was perfect and very relaxing. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Located very close to the shops and restaurants in Woodstock but still gave us the isolation we wanted when we were at the cottage. Jane was wonderful and accommodating. Check in and check out was a breeze. We would definitely recommend this house if you are visiting the area.”
